About Us

Petals & Pages is a queer woman-owned and managed bookstore, flower shop, and community gathering space in Denver, CO.

 

Owner and founder Dylah Ray (she/her) is a queer poet and lifelong lover of books & florals. Prior to opening Petals & Pages, Ray worked in politics and international affairs. When she is not at the bookstore, she's spending time in Denver with her chaotic but cute crew: a puppy named Cookie, an orange-tabby cat, and toddler. Her debut poetry book, Perennials, is being released in 2024. 

 

EmmaMay Beers (she/her) is the Art Director of Petals & Pages. She brings years of experience working in the Santa Fe Arts District to the team, and painted the gorgeous florals you see on the walls! EmmaMay curates the local artist program and runs our First Friday artist talks. 

The team is also joined by a wonderful crew of booksellers and behind the scenes magic makers that we are so grateful to have work with us every day!
